1st Credit begins using TxtCentre to improve communication with account holders
LONDON, UK - November 6, 2004 - TxtCentre today announced that 1st Credit has begun utilising the TxtCentre interactive txt messaging service, the first debt recovery organisation in the UK to do so.
While the concept of pushing txt messages to customers is not new, 1st Credit’s use of TxtCentre’s interactive and bi-directional txt messaging service breaks new ground in the debt recovery industry and is a strong reflection of the progressive and innovative nature of 1st Credit’s business philosophy.
