Septmeber 21, 2006. After a four month pilot, Domino’s Pizza Group (Domino’s) has selected Altaine UK Limited (Altaine) to provide a mobile phone messaging solution. Altaine will provide Domino’s with an interactive SMS solution, consisting of software and infrastructure, which will allow Domino’s to enhance their on-going customer loyalty and communications programs. An additional project, scheduled for announcement later this year, will push the boundaries even further providing Domino’s with a new and unique proposition for pizza lovers.
Denise Bonnick from Domino’s “Altaine are an extremely innovative and responsive organisation and they have impressed us with their ability to deliver both a technological solution and a cooperative business relationship. Domino’s will utilise a number of Altaine SMS products which will grow our relationship with them. We also look forward to the announcement of an exciting project later this year.”
Leon Travers, Sales Director Altaine UK, “Domino’s are a company that we are proud to be associated with. Our selection by Domino’s, in what is a very competitive market and after a four month trial, is a testimony to the strength of our technology and the way that we engage with our clients. Mobile phones now own pocket and purse space and have evolved into multifunction devices that provide consumers with multiple communication options. Even more important, in our view, is the development of technology that positions the mobile phone as a viable platform with which to deliver a range of products to consumers. We are able to leverage these technologies and infrastructures to deliver innovative marketing solutions that add real value to businesses while at the same time enhancing consumers’ leisure activities.”
