TxtCentre selected as finalist in Australasian Technology Showcase
Ericsson announces TxtCentre as a finalist in Frontier mobile application competition for Australia and New Zealand
AUCKLAND, NZ - October 6, 2004 - Judges, including experts from Telecom, Telstra, Vodafone and Australian mobile phone company Hutchison announced TxtCentre as a finalist in the prestigious Ericsson 2004 Frontier mobile application competition. Seventy-five submissions were received from developers this year.
Frontier invites world-class developers across Australia and New Zealand to submit innovative applications that utilise all the benefits of broadband and mobile technologies, to enhance lifestyle or create tangible business benefit. Applications are judged on four separate criteria; level of innovation and newness to the marketplace, commercial application and viability of the concept, market knowledge and technical integrity.
