Txt4Cffee allows New Zealand Café’s and Fast Food outlets to utilize txt messaging to improve customer service
AUCKLAND, NZ. – 28 February, 2006. TxtCentre today announced a partnership with ‘Txt4Cffee’, to deliver a new and innovative service which allows New Zealand consumers to order coffee, burgers, juice or pizzas quickly and with a minimum of fuss.
Chéney Birss, “As our lives seem to get busier and busier leaving us ‘time poor’ it gets harder to enjoy the simple things in life, like a nice cup of coffee or something delicious to eat. Ironically, we saw a way that technology, often the villain, could come to the rescue. Txt4Cffee is just one of five services we have released that allows the public to quickly and easily order a range of products and services, with the aim of eliminating time wasting queues. We want people to have the ability to enjoy their purchases rather than losing time waiting for them.
For the Café owner we offer the ability to better service customers to assist in building customer loyalty as well as offering opportunities to streamline internal processes. It really is a win – win solution for Cafés and customers alike and we are going to do the same for the burger, pizza, juice bar, takeout food and butchery industries.”
Warren Tobin, Managing Director TxtCentre Limited, “Txting is now a worldwide phenomenon and is no longer just the domain of the younger generation. Txt4Cffee’s outstanding service is another example of where txt can add value to both consumers and businesses. We are pleased to provide the technology behind the Txt4Cffee service and are confident that their business will grow rapidly. Already we have had enquires from the overseas markets we are active in.
