How much does it cost?

There is no upfront capital cost and no equipment to purchase. In return for a modest monthly fee, clients are able to utilise the complete Altaine Direct Response service which includes an intuitive web delivered console that allows call centre agents to manage inbound SMS requests and the resulting call back process.

Specifically, there are two aspects to the investment required for this service. One is the connection fee to set up an account with Altaine. The other is the monthly fee which typically includes a number of SMS transactions.

Connection Fee
The connection fee charged depends on the number of agents in your contact centre.

Monthly Fee
The monthly fee also depends on the number of agents in your contact centre. The monthly fee includes a set number of txt transactions per month. Transactions over this volume are charged per SMS message.

Professional Services
If you require Altaine to be integrated with your existing call centre or transaction systems, Altaine, a Altaine business partner or your own call centre solutions provider will quote on a case-by-case basis.

The fee will depend on complexity of integration you require, however, for a standard integration, expect this to be in the vicinity of GBP£1500-£3000. Altaine has a range of pre-built connectors to the major call centre products.
