Enable customers to use the App in an incident situation to take notes and swap information and speed up the reporting and cover process.

Insight:

Audience: Make the process easier for me, allow me to store my incident details and pass on the info including photo's to the necessary people immediately' then let me add to the report later via my computer.

Technology:

Let iPhone technology work for the customer, store and swap info, GPS for location look ups and map, camera for proof of an incident and whereabouts.

The Big Idea:

Record and store all of the key details following an incident with our easy to use claims capture tool. You can then send your details to Direct Line to start your claim or simply share your details with the other driver by SMS or email.

Our new app for iPhone is designed to help users avoid traffic jams and accidents. Should the worst happen, it also helps to make the claims process as simple as possible.
