Altaine’s SUBCARD App makes final for Best Loyalty Programme of the Year

Our SUBCARD App, made it all the way to the final for Best Loyalty Programme of the Year, Mobile and Best Use of Technology in a Loyalty program at The Loyalty Awards 2014. SUBCARD® is Europe’s first fully mobile-enabled Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) loyalty programme. The loyalty programme, which now has over 1.5m registered users, has been upgraded since its launch, making it easier to keep track of loyalty points and rewards. SUBCARD® rewards customers with loyalty points for all purchases made at SUBWAY® Stores. After a simple registration process, customers can redeem these points for rewards, with registered customers receiving regular emails offering exclusive and tailored promotions, sneak peeks of forthcoming products and opportunities for deeper engagement. In 2012, SUBCARD® won two high profile industry awards: Best Loyalty Programme of the Year – Retail: Food category at the Loyalty Awards 2012 and the CRM/ Loyalty category at the Marketing Week Engage Awards 2012. In 2013, SUBCARD® won Best Loyalty Programme of the Year – Retail: Food category at the Loyalty Awards 2013
